The 3-week launch

    You give us the brand, company information, pricing, locations and product settings. We confirm scope in writing.

  2. Week 1–2

    Customise

    We apply your branding and configuration and build the modifications we agreed. You see progress, not a black box.

  3. Week 2–3

    Validate

    Your team tests the customer, rider and operations flows on real devices. Two revision rounds are included.

  4. Week 3
    04

    Launch

    Infrastructure deployment, store submission and admin training. Then your business goes live.

The clock starts once the deposit is paid and you have approved the brand assets and product settings we need. Late approvals move the date.

Apple and Google review times are outside our control. We prepare and submit both apps and handle review feedback, but neither store lets anyone guarantee an approval date.

3 weeks means 3 weeks.

If ServiceBlocks is responsible for missing the agreed launch timeline, we refund 10% of the launch fee for every week we are late, up to 30%. You do not have to argue for it.
